We left Terminal B from the Port of Miami at 4 P.M. ET and sights leaving Miami were simply breathtaking.
After taking in the sights we returned to our stateroom where we were greeted with a bottle of Champagne and Chocolate Covered Strawberries.
We popped the bubbly, sat on our balcony and took in the sights of the most magnificent Ocean. We quickly dressed for the evening and met up with the rest of the group for our first meet and great cocktail party at Bliss Ultra Lounge.

Monday, March 6, 2017: Morning Trivia & Mimosas followed by our Live and Online #Foodiechats onboard Norwegian Getaway at Margaritaville at Sea: Deck 16
When our itinerary read 9 A.M. Trivia & Mimosas for our 1st Fins Up & Sail Away Bucket List Challenge, we jumped up and ran to our meeting place onboard. We couldn’t wait have a fun challenge with our new friends.
Mr. @JDSpralin who is the Host for @JimmyBuffett‘s @RadioMVille on @SiriusXM. Traveling Mercenary and Party-Maker for Parrotheads, hosted our Trivia. Needless to say, it was Margaritaville / Jimmy Buffett-inspired questions. We split into two teams and competed Family Feud Style…With a fun addition, we had to give a FINS UP if we knew the answer.
Being Greeted with LandShark Beer Buckets full of swag was a great touch to this super fun hour of Trivia! We also quickly learned that @ThisFloridaLife is a GIANT Parrothead, and nailed the Trivia!
After Trivia, we headed to the to Deck 15 for some poolside fun before #Foodiechats, and an impromptu cannon ball contest took place! What a SPLASH of a time. Norwegian Cruise Line encourages fun of all shapes and sizes!
#Foodiechats began almost six years ago (May 9, 2011) and we’ve had the pleasure of working with hundreds of brands. However, this partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line along with their new Restaurant addition, Margaritaville at Sea onboard the Norwegian Getaway, was one of our most favorite social media experiences yet.
The Margaritaville at Sea Restaurant serves their full menu, such as the CHEESEBURGER IN PARADISE®, WHO’S TO BLAME® MARGARITA, and VOLCANO NACHOS. This location is on highest Deck level onboard the Norwegian Getaway which is on Deck 16. You gain the open air island feel while sailing the open seas and listening to Jimmy Buffett. If you are a Parotthead at heart, this is a location you must dine in.

Tuesday, March 7, 2017: Arrive in Roatán, Bay Islands, Honduras, and Thermal Spa onboard
Norwegian Getaway and Hosted Dinner at Cagney’s Steakhouse
After getting our sea legs steady we were so excited to Port in Roatán, Bay Islands, Honduras for the day.
Beautiful and unspoiled, Roatan is a peaceful ecotourist’s dream, just 30 miles off the coast of Honduras. Teeming with marine life and home to some of the best pillar coral in the Caribbean, the pristine Honduran Reef is a diver’s paradise. And the beauty of Tabyana Beach is always a sight to see. <— via NCL.
As we packed for the day at Port, we enjoyed our morning cup of GO on our Stateroom balcony, and we had a guest appear: look closely at the Rainbow!
As we pulled into Port, we were greeted by the locals banging on their drums all day! What a warm welcome.
We took our beach talents to Tabyana Beach, which was so beautiful and the water was clear and calm which made it perfect to grab a bucket of beers and float around.
We ran into @TheYumYumFoodie and Jorge – took a much-needed screen time break, enjoyed some local fare and headed back to port for some onboard Mandara Spa relaxation.
The Mandara Spa provides everything you need to rejuvenate during your cruise experience. We’ll let the video share with you all of the amazingness via Norwegian Cruise Line. We stayed on trend and let our screens in our lockers.

Wednesday, March 8, 2017: Harvest Caye, Belize visiting LandShark Bar & Grill and Dance Class: THRILLER
High winds prevented a day at Harvest Caye, so when life gives you lemons – your NCL Team creates an impromptu LandShark Bar & Grill Party at Sea.
The Painkiller Cocktails “helped” ease the pain our port changes – 😂 😂

TIME TO EAT! A Big Shout Out to the Margaritaville at Sea Chef and Staff for recreating the LandShark Bar & Grill Menu for all of us! The Chef came out and was a delight and even gave us all a riddle that we couldn’t figure out.
After Dinner, we all headed to the Atrium on Floor 6 for a Dance Lesson: Thriller
Thursday, March 9, 2017: Port in Costa Maya and Private Mixology Course at Margaritaville at Sea

All we can say is WOW! This small town of Costa Maya had such charm, from the beautiful beaches, food, drinks and of course the people. We chose to take a $3 Taxi to the Public Beach: Majahual. It has everything you would want as far as relaxing and taking in a swim in the Ocean.
Back to Norwegian Getaway for our Private Mixology Course! The Margaritaville Staff was so talented and they even invited a few of us up to try our bartending skills.

Friday, March 10, 2017: Port in Cozumel and hosted Dinner at Ocean Blue
LAST PORT Cozumel! Endless amounts of activities to do in this grand town of a population of 65K.

Saturday, March 11, 2017: Day at Sea with Ropes Course, Hoops, and Private Dance Lessons
